Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods in a single order delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the last item, where you ordered multiple goods in a single order delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the first item, where the goods are delivered regularly over a defined period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
